Withdrawal requests will be processed following successful KYC verification of the requesting account. Deposits made to your cc6c9 account and subsequently wagered are non-refundable. Deposits that remain entirely unplayed (i.e., zero wagering activity since the deposit) may be eligible for return at cc6c9's discretion upon written request to support. cc6c9 does not issue refunds of game losses under any circumstances except where a documented technical error on cc6c9's systems caused the incorrect calculation of game outcomes, in which case affected amounts will be rectified in accordance with cc6c9's dispute resolution procedure.

cc6c9 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts; wagering on low-risk outcomes systematically to satisfy wagering requirements; collusion between Players to abuse bonus terms; and use of automated software to generate bonus-eligible activity. cc6c9 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse, at its sole discretion.
The games available on the cc6c9 Platform are subject to change at cc6c9's discretion. cc6c9 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or game category. Games may be temporarily or permanently removed from the Platform without prior notice, including for reasons of regulatory compliance, provider contract changes, or technical maintenance.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game round, cc6c9 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wager placed. cc6c9 will not honour bets or payouts resulting from errors, including manifest errors in published odds or paytable information. If a game session is interrupted by a disconnection, cc6c9's server records will determine the outcome of any affected round.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports betting markets on the cc6c9 Platform. These limits vary by game, game category, and Player VIP tier. cc6c9 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Stakes placed in excess of published maximum limits may be reduced or voided at cc6c9's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cc6c9 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

You may close your cc6c9 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your nominated withdrawal method. Withdrawal of a remaining balance is subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with this Agreement.
An account with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. cc6c9 will notify you of dormant account status via your registered email address. Continued inactivity following notification may result in the account being closed. Any balance remaining in a dormant account at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.
All content on the cc6c9 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, design elements, trademarks, logos, and audiovisual material — is the exclusive property of cc6c9 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any cc6c9 intellectual property without express written authorisation from cc6c9. The cc6c9 name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary to cc6c9. Unauthorised use of any cc6c9 trademark is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cc6c9 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, interruption of service, or any other commercial or financial loss.
cc6c9's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any cause of action arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
cc6c9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access cc6c9 is adequately protected.
cc6c9's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the cc6c9 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. cc6c9 handles all personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

This informal dispute resolution process is a condition precedent to commencing any formal claim against cc6c9.
